Speak Out for Environmental Justice

The Environmental Justice for all Act has been renamed the A. Donald McEachin Environmental Justice for All Act, in honor of former Rep. Donald McEachin, who spent his time in public service fighting for environmental justice and equity. This remains the most far-reaching Congressional bill yet to address the outsized burdens low-wealth and communities of color face when fighting environmental injustice.
